(I) Product Introduction

Modular prefabricated stainless steel water tanks are currently a new type of sanitary and environmentally friendly water storage equipment in China. Compared to traditional water tanks, they offer a series of advantages, including being rust-free, algae-resistant, leak-proof, clean and hygienic, long-lasting, cost-effective, easy to assemble, suitable for both hot and cold water, and easy to insulate. They represent a significant breakthrough in traditional water supply processes and materials, making them an ideal replacement for concrete and fiberglass water tanks.

Based on years of experience in water tank production and processing, Wenzhou Jianyu Stainless Steel Water Tank Co., Ltd. has developed environmentally friendly modular prefabricated stainless steel water tanks. The tanks are made from imported food-grade stainless steel materials, molded into different specifications, with single panels (sizes: 1m×1m, 1m×0.5m, 0.5m×0.5m). (Our company's pressed panels have a crown depth of 80mm, 30-40mm deeper than those of ordinary manufacturers, and the pressure-bearing capacity of the pressed panels is 3-4 times that of flat panels.) The internal structure is reinforced with stainless steel bracing to enhance pressure resistance, and various stainless steel accessories are included. The base frame is made of galvanized channel steel, and the tanks are assembled on-site using argon arc welding, forming a structurally strong and seamless water tank. No large lifting equipment is required, making transportation convenient. (IV) Design and Usage Instructions

Manufacturing Standards: National Building Standard Design Atlas 02S101.

Material Selection: SUS304, SUS316L, SUS444.

Performance Features: Rust-free, leak-proof, lightweight, flexible assembly, aesthetic design, and compliance with fire and building codes.

Applications: Industrial and civil building water supply, HVAC, fire protection systems, food, beverage, brewing, water treatment, pharmaceutical, petroleum, and chemical industries.

Tank Accessories: Inlet pipe (with float valve), outlet pipe, overflow pipe, drain pipe, vent pipe, manhole, internal and external ladders, and galvanized channel steel. Pipe diameter, orientation, connection type, and any special user requirements can be specified in the contract.

Installation: Professional welders perform on-site tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. A maintenance space of ≥500mm should be reserved around the tank, and a space of ≥400mm should be left between the tank top and the roof. The construction site should be clean and tidy. Insulation can be applied as per user requirements.

Inspection: Close the outlet and drain pipes, open the inlet valve, and fill the tank with water. After 3 hours, check for leaks, abnormal sounds, or deformation to confirm compliance.

Special Notes: Water quality should comply with GB/T 9729-2007 "General Method for Determination of Chlorides." Chloride ion content should be strictly controlled to ≤25mg/L to prevent pitting, stress corrosion, and crevice corrosion. In seawater or coastal environments, SUS316L or SUS444 materials are strongly recommended.
