5. Installation Instructions:

1. Water Tank Foundation Requirements:

Concrete foundation dimensions should comply with GB02S101 standards.

The height difference of the concrete foundation surface should be <5mm.

For non-standard water tanks, the concrete foundation will be designed by our company.

2. Water Tank Installation, Construction, and Inspection:

Professional welders will perform on-site argon arc welding.

A standard power supply must be available at the construction site.

A maintenance space of ≥500mm should be reserved around the water tank.

Appearance inspection: No rust or contamination; after filling with water for 2–3 hours, the tank should show no significant deformation, and the welds should be leak-free to pass inspection.

3. Water Tank Usage, Maintenance, and Care:

During piping installation, avoid applying excessive load to the inlet and outlet pipes.

Do not directly apply the weight of valves or large-diameter pipes to the water tank openings; provide pipe supports if necessary.

Flexible joints must be installed to accommodate pipe expansion, contraction, and vibration.

4. Water Tank Configuration and Accessories:

Our company supplies the tank body, lockable manhole, ladder, short pipes, and single-piece flanges.

We can also provide additional accessories upon request, such as float valves, glass tube level gauges, and various water tank disinfection equipment.
